I'm not saying that Brexit hasn't had an impact but the //main cause// is a bit rich and overkill but then what do we expect of our red in the bed. The good news is that surge in the economy above forecast has given the Chancellor more space to finance his huge development programme announced yesterday.
No-one is saying it. Theres a tiny bit of truth but his reading between the lines and seeing what he wants to see

// I can't workout why gulliver repeats the same points every few days for months on end.//
well - - - TTT did for Brexit for days on end - always evry day and usually three or four threads
all saying the same thing
vote for blue passports
and £350 m extra for the NHS
all lies of course designed to mislead and bamboozle but no one noticed

//But the strength of the rebound in demand in the UK and internationally has led it to bump up against supply constraints in several markets. In the UK, these supply bottlenecks have been exacerbated by changes in the migration and trading regimes following Brexit. //
So its a stretch to read that as 'main cause'

It's because he is an obsessive. All he spouts is Brexit is terrible, Boris is terrible blah blah blah. No view on what the alternatives might have been or how to improve things.
Even he's right, we are where we are & we've got to deal with it. I think if everyone on here agreed with him he'd still go posting his bile. Or maybe he would see it as "job done" and just go away?

What a pile of piffle you come out with at times, Gulliver. You completely isolate the UK away from the world energy markets as to spot pricing.....The Uk has very little influence over gas and oil prices - and given that 65% of our tricity is generated from these two fuels, we are exposed - though the contracts are usually 85 to 95% fixed prices with some element of spot built into the deals.... BY the way, this is the principal reason that I am anti-electric cars (apart from built-in hybrids) - the car companies conveniently forget how the electricity is generated in the first place and disregard the fuel efficiency, only comparing the engines in the cars.
[email protected], You never get anything right do you
It's Boris who talks a pile of piffle, and gullible people like you believe every word of that piffle that comes out of his lying mouth.
