Nasty Nicola held a briefing today, which I am sure she lover every second of threatening all sorts of potential changes in the coming days, tighter restrictions on social gatherings, a cobra meeting this afternoon where she is going to ask for more cash if businesses are going to shut down etc. One thing she said that came out of her loud mouth "We don't know how seriously unwell or mildly unwell people are going to be with the Omicron variant " clearly she doesn't have the facts. So why is she predicting dire events and potentially ruining peoples events. ?

Yes but we don't have all the facts regarding hospitalised patients, how bad its actually going to be, she said so herself. I'm triple vaccinated but there are people that are not even single vaccinated are they going to be the spreaders ? Theresa May said we cant keep on locking down the economy every time we get a new variant we have got to live with this

The vaccine appears to have been no help at all, since roll out there have been many variants with lots of double and triple jabbed people coming down with covid, it was supposed to be 15million shots to freedom and three jabs later with the fourth on the horizon how free are you now? the sensible answer would be to let this mild strain run the course and t will give everyone a natural immunity and end this cycle

I cant cope with another lockdown. Mentally. Mum and dad have a 60th wedding anniversary party next Saturday for 20 people now that's hanging in the balance because thats witch is still waiting to decide, hospitality are a nervous wreck, I've got a 50th party booked for early January for 24 guests my brother thinks there is no hope for it.

Well done Mrs Cheese I totally agree with you. I think the vaccines have been a complete waste of time. I have had 3 ok I have never had covid but if we get locked down again and they offer me another vaccine next year I wont be having it

Deaths and hospital cases for jabbed are well down. Most in hospital are unvaccinated.
But jabbed can still get it and pass it on altho less likely so need to follow sensible step's

Is this the variant where nobody has died in RSA and nobody has been hospitalised in the UK, and if the reports are true is fairly mild?

wibble vaccinated means you are in a much better position than nil-vacciners. Are they going to be spreaders?
yes the no-vacciners are going to be and are now ( spreaders )

and they SAY but I dont believe that each one is leading to 30 infections - but I dont think that is 30 first gen - I think one case starts a group of 30 as they pass it on

(one kid last month infected 25 others in the school ( eventually) then they kinda stopped giving it to each other)

All guests at my parents party are triple vaccinated as are the ones invited to my 50th it will be a crying shame if both are cancelled
