Mozz has already asked this but I thought it worthy of a thread. Would you rather the PM went now so you can crow from the rooftops for a week or have him stay and give Labour the best chance at the next GE?
Mozz suggestion was a sensible one, i can't see any reason, if Boris is a current liability to the party, for him to go, if he stays then that could mean they lose a lot of votes. For what it's worth i hope he weathers the storm.
Labour won't win the next GE, no matter who leads the Tories. I think they will reclaim a lot of the seats that fell to the Tories from the Red Wall, but it will only lead to a hung parliament. Labour need Scotland, and they won't get that. Not unless they come up with something very radical and relevant, that appeals to the Scottish public.
Labour have no chance of winning the next election.
But the Conservatives are going to lose a lot of seats, back to no majority or even coalition territory again.
Boris is now a liability. The men in grey suits have to assess if changing leader will help them.
Gully,
TTT works for an Investment bank involved in their IT. He writes computer code and oversees systems. In essence he is a firefighter. He is there to sort out gltches if any occur and keep the bank ‘on-line’ and operational. The type of business where the computers not connecting for an hour would cost the company £millions.
