I saw this but couldn't read it all.
Just looking at that beautiful little face brought tears to my eyes but then I got so angry to think that anyone could harm that little girl, I had to stop reading.
I really am ranting and raving about the scumbags that are walking this earth.
I avoided the baby Arthur story but read this one. The inhumanity and cruelty is difficult to comprehend.
I have no answers. But clearly the system needs to be reviewed because this is happening to often. Letting a child be murdered then saying “we will learn from this” is clearly the wrong way round. Protecting a child an seeing he or her to happy adulthood is what they should be learning from. The successes, not the dreadful mistakes.
what an absolutely beautiful little girl, how could anyone do her harm is my first thought, but there are some terrible parents out there. I haven't read the full story yet, it was bad enough reading about little Arthur. Lessons don't seem to be learned do they.....
RIP Little one,
Lessons are not being learnt, its about time people in authority were pulled into Court for something like Corporate manslaughter (and it there is no such thing then the Government need to make one).
Agreed, but it needs to be more than pointing the finger at individuals. There is a systemic problem in child protection, including years of underfunding.
