Anti-Vaxxers Hogging Hospital Beds To The Detriment Of Other Patients.
This example is from across the pond but I would be surprised if it isn't happening over here.

The anti-vaxxers refuse the vaccine, but not the treatment when the inevitable consequences arise - hypocrisy rules OK.
IMHO they should be barred from hospitals.

They did offer him "talking therapy" (I believe this is what they call counselling now) in February!!!, but you can't talk myeloma away.
It's a bloody disgrace.//
It is very distressing and not a good situation..... but whats the alternative.... not accept covid patients? Double doctors pay to try to recruit more from abroad?

What's so outrageous about that, bob? I have given one example of a patient who is likely to die as a result of lack of treatment, dd has provide another. They have both effectively been "not accepted" for treatment. Is it that they might not die quite so quickly? Is it they are possibly younger? What is it? It's back to the question, the answer to which has already been determined but not published - "who do we allow to die?"

From a dodgy looking website (according to sickybottle)

You tried this the other day roy did did you not ?
As was asked then you were unable to provide a link to the website itself
Is that because the section that explains how to read the data as it may be misinterpreted is actually missing ?
Seems that it is this :
The case rates in the vaccinated and unvaccinated populations are unadjusted crude rates that do not take into account underlying statistical biases in the data and there are likely to be systematic differences between these 2 population groups.
Is that why the picture on your site was cropped ?

//Jesus wept. They've even got you saying it. It's sheer madness.//
To be perfectly honest I don't know the real proportion of unvaccinated patients in hospital. I don't use Facebook or Twitter. The anecdotal evidence I have taken is from quotes from doctors and other medics. They all seem to suggest that the percentage is somewhere between 70 and 90% though some of them refer to patient numbers overall and some to those in critical care. Whatever the true figure is, it's a lot larger than the overall percentage of unvaccinated people, even going by the government's own rather unhelpful stats (which I haven't got time to decipher as I'm on my way out to my NYE bash.
