The only asset he has is a Chalet at a Ski resort in Switzerland he and Fergie purchased worth £16m
He is desperate to sell ..Does anyone feel sorry for him.

Because Someone on behalf of the Queen , has sent a few very large Brown Envelopes to Uncle Sam by now , but Andrew will still have a very large Legal fees bill to settle.

That may well be true - The Queen is sensitive to the fact that her income is derived from the Civil List, paid for by the public, so she won;t wish to be seen using any of it to bail out her stupid arrogant pointless son for the sins of his horrible life and even more horrible choice of friends.
