It was entirely predictable that this email turned up today from Boris’ civil servant undermining the ‘it was a business meetin’g. (I predicted last week such a thing).

Johnson’s MO is to deny everything. His MO at Question Time is to not answer any questions at all.

He will turn up with deaf ears and not answer anything as per usual.

Grass roots Tories (the blue rinse brigade) elected Boris. The Parliamentary MPs (who knew him) were less convinced.
The 80+ new intake of Tory MPs are both very grateful and embarrassed to have him as their leader.
