J hope the gas supply company add the same percentage as most councils do for overstaying by 15 minutes longer in a car park. That should be a tidy sum!

The energy market is a shambles - try finding out the mechanics of unmetered electricity, who pays what to whom, how the cost is calculated & what they charge the end user (e.g. communal lighting in blocks of flats). It's a nightmare!
