You’re wrong just for once because the issue isn’t the attendance at the “parties” per se. Something which the Met police investigation has blurred even more.
It’s the lack of honesty about it from the head of the bunch (the govt) which wrote the rules

but wouldn't it be very hypocritical of members voting against their leader when the members themselves attended events against their rules ?
and every MP will be looking over their shoulder to see who has photos of them at such events and which newspapers are clamouring to buy /publish said pictures ?
