I now see that my first assumption was correct and that the figure is £200. The other £150 comes by way of a Council Tax rebate.

Yes, it will affect me. I don't get benefits or help as I am just outside all that but will mean I will have to be more careful.

Lottie...those with oil heating won't get any perks. I saw that earlier as I skimmed an article. Not sure if the council tax discount applies.
