Yes we know they are barbaric mad mullahs but hello, you sometimes have to deal with bad guys to help the cause against the worse guys. No one will be happier than me when we reduce our reliance on oil and gas but for now we have to hold our noses and get on with it.

^^ Sunni v. Shia - very complicated! (particularly to non-Muslims).

Nothing like Russia/Putin attacking Ukraine.
And after all that, the bottom line is this:

When Putin launches his nuclear weapons against everyone, we will get no advance warning, because we don't have any sirens any more. They were removed at the end of the Cold War. Not necessary you see? So just sit back and relax. It'll all be over in a flash. And we won't know anything about it.

As advised in a previous post; take out that Equity Release now! Now, I tell you! NOW!
10cs, You do post some rubbish at times. Why all the doom mongering?
I'm not doom mongering. Just say what yer see and pot as many balls as you can! No point in being miserable. It is what it is. Everyone that posts on this probably knows nothing about it other than what's in the media. After all, if Clive Myrie says it's true, it's GOTTA be true, aint it?

We had an old WB400 in our house, which was quite exciting (but no shelter)

No, but a lot more likely than if you say it's true ...
A bit late with this reply, but I aint said anything's true.

I just said, say what you see! Ipso fatso!
