He broke no law by objecting to the gay pride rally. He is a christian, and thinks homosexuality is not compatible with his faith.
The school did not think his views were compatible with their views, so he was let go. But he was unfairly dismissed from his job at the school.
Intimidation such as sending an undertaker to his home is offensive, but not criminal. I don’t know what the culprit(s) could be prosecuted for ?

I don't much care for the judge's language. His beliefs shouldn’t be branded either shocking or obscene. They're simply his beliefs. And no, had he belonged to another religion I don’t believe he would have been treated like that.
