...I am not aware of any rights that are present or absent based on ethnicity in this country. So what rights is this "equal rights" campaigner trying to acquire?

I’m afraid someone else will have to do the math to prove whether the current Parliament represents the racial make-up of the Uk. I really can’t be bothered.

There seems to be a bit of confusion here. 'Rights' in this country apply across the board. How people are treated as individuals by others is another matter entirely. I know a lot of white ladies who aren't happy with the treatment they have received in maternity wards…. me for one… so perhaps the problem SP highlights isn't one of ethnicity at all but rather one of inconsideration and poor practice.
Tory Backbenchers can no longer ignore that a LIAR is at the heart of Govt. Their world is falling apart for them .You can see it in their faces ,as they sullenly watch Boris Johnson Lie his way out of partygate. You can see it in the empty benches as they scurry out of the house. They know their jobs are on the line .

Children's rights do NO apply to adults ( presence of an adult) - vulnerable people have more rights - unemployed rather than employed
Immigrant adults no rights

convicts cant vote
their right to a handgun licence is weaker than someone like Naomi.....

You make a good point there.
Rights are not the same across the board. As an adult you have the right to smack your child. You do that do that to an adult and you face arrest.
As you point out, non convicts have a right to vote. Those in prison do not.
Parent have a right to maternity and paternity leave. Non-parents do not.
That may be an over-simplification, but it demonstrates that society is made up of a number of rights which pertain to some but not all.
The rights that need to be enshrined in common law are those of the Universal Declaration, which happily the UK is signed up to.
