The 5C that want us to be ruled from Brussels v those that don't. Surely even they must see that if we tried to rejoin the conditions would be prohibitive even for them, there is no going back. Why are these pygmies so determined that we are ruled from our former enemies abroad?

Naomi; to be fair, I think you post much more than I do. So any repetition is probably on your side.
You weren't to know this Atheist, but someone that I knew was killed by an Exocet missile on HMS Sheffield.

However, there's no reason to change anything that I posted at 18.50
I don’t agree with any of your post, clarion - and frankly Labour would need something more than Boris to help them.
I wasn’t talking about your repetitive posts. Atheist.
Surely the war is more to do with the competency of the PM and the policies of
the government?
Some of the biggest rebels are former supporters of the PM.
There may be residual bitterness over Brexit but many of the most ardent remainers left.
It would be rather pointless
Naomi, I won't stop saying it. This man is the political leader of this country. He's without shame. He broke the law. He apologised for it. Yep, you've heard it all here before and you'll hear it again and again. He will be reminded of it and hounded by it by all sides. The more that happens, the more Labour will welcome it.
God I had a few one liners stored up for this predictable outcome - but now - - they are gone !
yeah

some Tories have said they will have a second go in the autumn - but with 148 stab wounds already - where would they strike ?
// and frankly Labour would need something more than Boris to help them.//

er no I think / estimate Boris is doing a fair enough job ( to engineer a labour victory)

( o god I havent fallen for another Tory lie have I? I took it on good faith. I mean some god are so plausible...)
Clarion, so you said - and I said I disagree. Go tell someone more interested.
Thanks Naomi! ;o) The footie's on soon. And I commend it to the house! Byeeeeeeeee!
Just out of interest I had a look at who is on the Parliamentary Standards Committee that he’ll shortly be appearing in front of.
4 Tory, one SNP, 2 Labour, one of whom, the Chair, is Chris Bryant.
Johnson will feel like he’s having his fingernails pulled off.
https://committees.parliament.uk/committee/290/committee-on-standards/membership/
Imagine too if all 4 of his party MP’s voted against him?
Following that are the 2 by elections, after which the party will want a word in his shell-like.
I predict he’ll be gone by the 2nd of July.
Chris Bryant refused himself from the investigation because of previous comments he made about the matter prior to the Commons' approving the investigation.

fatticus: "I predict he’ll be gone by the 2nd of July. " - I'll take that bet, I say he'll still be here on 3rd July. £20 to charity? You on?

Meanwhile, in a universe far far away, president of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen faces ... wait for it............ a no confidence vote on her leadership. Orchestrated by the not so pleasant Guy Verhofstadt. Haha. Hair Flick reborn. Is it curtains for her? Will she be able to pull herself together?
anybody worked out Ursula's anagram - unfortunately it's 'Lord! Unserene Vulva....'

yep as usual an offer to back their own opinion sends the paper tigers into ring twitch mode.

Damn. That would have been some inquisition.
Many thanks for the info though.

Lol, my money is on at Paddypower, I’ll skip the offer from DaddyDour until you answer my question at 12.25.
Also, you’ve not commented on the Johnson is a liar YouTube video I posted after your challenge? Do give us your considered opinion?
Question Author
a Belief an opinion, an intention. Must I educate you again on what a lie actually is? It's saying something that you know to be untrue at the time you say it.

Anyway so like all paper tigers you spout your view but don't believe it yourself, you wont back your own opinion with your own money?

Utter rubbish. Challenged twice by Eddie Mair on being a liar, left floundering both times.
A liar, has been all his life. Can’t even be honest and truthful about how many children he’s fathered either, started an affair whilst his then wife underwent treatment for cervical cancer, was happy to give details to a friend in order to have a journalist beaten up.
No wonder he keeps blaming the media, they always find him out for the liar he is. Lol.
