Surely the war is more to do with the competency of the PM and the policies of
the government?
Some of the biggest rebels are former supporters of the PM.
There may be residual bitterness over Brexit but many of the most ardent remainers left.

Just out of interest I had a look at who is on the Parliamentary Standards Committee that he’ll shortly be appearing in front of.
4 Tory, one SNP, 2 Labour, one of whom, the Chair, is Chris Bryant.
Johnson will feel like he’s having his fingernails pulled off.

Utter rubbish. Challenged twice by Eddie Mair on being a liar, left floundering both times.
A liar, has been all his life. Can’t even be honest and truthful about how many children he’s fathered either, started an affair whilst his then wife underwent treatment for cervical cancer, was happy to give details to a friend in order to have a journalist beaten up.
