This "typical mid-term results" business is just a load of twaddle, in this instance. I can't remember any mid-term bye elections where the incumbent PM was a proven lying, lawbreaker who, because of that, had to apologise to the House of Commons and the country.
But Johnson will continue to take the pi ss out of everyone because that is his ultimate goal - to see how much he can get away with whilst remaining in power. To him, it's all a game. He couldn't care less about the British people.
We keep hearing the Tories saying all of that is behind us now. We should focus on the job in hand and try to improve things for everyone. I agree with that, but why does anyone think that Johnson is the man to spearhead that?
