Suella Braverman is from Harrow - but she too has brown skin.
I think that must be what Sharon is referring to.

Sunak was born in Southampton, Braverman was born in Harrow and Zahawi was born in Baghdad but he and his parents fled to the UK when he was age eleven.

Are there any other non-white (potential) candidates you would like us to tell you where they were born?
