Boris called a certain family member before he resigned, as PM.
The family member was the Queen, because Boris claims he is related to Royalty, and he also claims to be related to Winston Churchill and also to certain American Presidents, with his beliefs of Grandeur. Big problem is most of his kids don't know they are related to him.

I imagine he would have called to queen before announcing his resignation. That’s what resigning Prime Ministers are supposed to do.

As for the rest, I’ve no idea. Have you checked his family tree?
