Coming at this time, obviously controversial …. but are they right?

I caught a bit of the BBC report on television but couldn't watch for long. Just horrendous.

As far as I'm aware, no, it hasn’t, and it shouldn’t be an option. These institutions are like something from the Third World. They are not the stuff of civilised society. They need a thorough overhaul - and that includes the people who manage them and the hands on day by day staff who run them. I honestly don't know how anyone can work in places like that without kicking up a fuss - and more.
