There wouldn't be any loopholes to exploit were the laws tightened. It's always struck me that the legal team employed by HM Government are inferior to the ones employed by the illegals, Cherie Blair et al. Perhaps they ought to make CB and her mates an offer they can't refuse?

Its quite simple, leave the ECHR and redraw the HRA to ensure we are the beneficiaries of it not criminals. Illegal immigrants are criminals, and that is by far the vast majority of these able bodied young men.

We don’t know anything about any of the cases of these 19,000. We don’t know if Iranians and Syrians are treated any differently than Albanians. Why are you suddenly fixating on Albanians, and were are you getting your information from that their cases are different.
