HRA = Bliars Pension fund. Its quite simple, leave the ECHR and redraw the HRA to ensure we are the beneficiaries of it not criminals. Illegal immigrants are criminals, and that is by far the vast majority of these able bodied young men.
A crackdown on those judges doing this? No, just tighten the law so no loopholes exist.
If there's a loophole in any law, it will always be found and used.
There wouldn't be any loopholes to exploit were the laws tightened. It's always struck me that the legal team employed by HM Government are inferior to the ones employed by the illegals, Cherie Blair et al. Perhaps they ought to make CB and her mates an offer they can't refuse?
I agree ken... the lawyers opposing the home Office/goverment allways seem a step ahead ... and seem to have lots of time and resources to go into great detail and keep funding appeals

It was quite an interesting discussion , the Albanians for example , know they won’t get a Visa ( not sure why if they’re not criminals) the lawyer(s) representing them , then use the Modern Slavery Law to get them to stay, then it’ll be a case of ‘Next’ !
Doesn't appear to be as simple as you would have us believe, YMF. No need to read the whole piece (interesting though it is) just scroll down to about 2/3 of the way down - 'Can a state leave the ECHR'.

Yep, a 1000 Albanians out of 19,000 still isn’t 40% this week either.
We don’t know anything about any of the cases of these 19,000. We don’t know if Iranians and Syrians are treated any differently than Albanians. Why are you suddenly fixating on Albanians, and were are you getting your information from that their cases are different.
The modern Slavery Act 2015 is aimed at the traffickers, not the migrants.

Maybe the government ought to review their HR department and employ those legal eagles instead then?
What’s that saying about paying peanuts….?
