At last, some Brexit benefits are on their way (or perhaps not).

The video is worth watching, Brexiteers can see what they voted for.

Whats the point... we are where we are , we are out and are staying out......or do you really think people will want a chance to have a vote on rejoining EU.... if so your deluded and need to move on
Christ on a BMX, nothing ever really changes around here :-(
Some are living in a fantasy land arn't they LadyCg , thinking people will say 'okay you were right we were wrong' and that somehow we can end up back in the EU. They need to get over it. AB is a sort of therapy for some sore losers. I lost the Brexit argument but moved on pretty much straight away

Imagine rather than Brexit, we voted to ban artificial illumination (electric lighting) – I would be forevermore pointing out on this site what a dumb idea that was. And would look forward to the day that decision was reversed.

Some on this site still think Brexit is a good idea.
I voted remain, and was gutted at the result, but the fact remains the majority of those who voted, voted to leave.

I accepted the result.

Democracy won.

So I agree with bob,
whining like petulant sore losers serves no purpose and is pathetic…and they clearly don’t agree with democracy.
///I would be forevermore pointing out on this site what a dumb idea that was///

Indeed, Hymie, and some people had been protesting about Britain's entry into the EC since 1973. They were allowed to do so without being derided as anti-democratic time-wasters. I don't see why the same privilege shouldn't be extended to remainers now.
Hymie; Instead of joining the small but vociferous group of whining Brexit losers, why don't YOU tell US what would be the advantages of Britain being still tied to Brussels.

I await your reply with interest.

Why? Pointless question. As we’re now stuck with it for the foreseeable future, why not list all the benefits of Brexit thus far and beyond because at present absolutely nothing of what was promised has come to fruition.
Nobody responded to this last time, maybe someone will have a stab this time?
Btw, I didn’t vote but favoured Brexit.
It’s certainly not panning out as promised.

Khandro – given that there are no Brexit benefits and it (Brexit) has cost the UK billions of pounds in lost exports (which are continuing to accrue), your question makes no sense.

If I’d voted leave – and this is what we have got, I’d be complaining like hell at the lies I was told over Brexit, and demanding another vote.
Despite all the benefits of not being controlled by an unelected foreign elite some still push that gibberish about no benefits. (Granted there are other things we need to withdraw from too.) Some will never take their blindfold off I guess. Nor change the cracked record.

//Despite all the benefits of not being controlled by an unelected foreign elite some still push that gibberish about no benefits.//

So what are those benefits?? List them!
Fattichinch - I take it you know how democracy works?

The constant whining from the losers (and I repeat I voted remain) really is pathetic.

Democracy won - why is that so difficult to understand.

Or is it, as I suspect, democracy only wins when it goes in your (or Hymie’s) favour.

I hate to break it to you girls, but that’s not how democracy works.

Get over it.

The constant whining from the losers//

A pretty decent rant that contained……nothing.
Did you purposely ignore the bit where I wrote I was in FAVOUR of Brexit?
I’ve put it in capitals because you appear hard of understanding.
I do know how democracy works, the UK voted for Brexit, no issue with that whatsoever.

That aside, where is the Brexit we were promised and what are the benefits thus far?
Answer the questions in the YouTube clip instead of prattling on about winners, losers and democracy.

Indeed - nor does your racism and materialism: a nasty piece of work

Perhaps Rees-Mogg is a secret remoaner – putting out this nonsense; making anyone with half a brain realise that there are no Brexit benefits.
Its all pointless. Maybe in 10 years we can think again but really your stuck in a rut .
What do you think would have happened if we had voted to remain? Would UKIP & Sir Nigel have simply "OK we lost" and faded into the background? Seems unlikely.

If the Remainers are so committed then form a REJOIN party, get elected & push for another referendum instead of sitting on your backsides and whingeing about how the country is suffering.
damn savages...
Question Author
Given that Rees-Mogg can’t list any Brexit benefits (and that’s after asking the readers of the Sun & Express for ideas), I doubt Old_Geezer knows of any. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve asked the Brexiteers on the site to list the Brexit benefits – the answer came there none.

As I said, if I’d voted leave and this is what we had got, I would not be posting on this site trying to defend such nonsense – I’d be complaining like hell that we’d been lied to and want another vote.
