Harry and Meghan were within spitting distance of William and Catherine prior to the Queen's sudden and unexpected passing and made no attempt to contact them, so there was clearly animosity. Now they're putting on a show of unity. I should imagine Charles has actively encouraged this.

I don't think people's opinions are as media-influenced as some might think. I watched her interview with Oprah and I've heard her podcasts and she has slandered our Royal Family.
She was thrown a lavish wedding at the expense of the tax payer, got to wear priceless historical jewellery belonging to the Crown, was housed in a beautiful royal residence and was greeted warmly by the British Public and the RF, and how did she repay such kindness and privilege?
