I know about things that have happened in occupied territory which are too shocking even to mention here.
There’s a lamppost and a rope awaiting Kadyrov …
There’s a town in NE Donetsk called Bakhmut which the Russians have been attempting to capture literally for months. I’ve lost count of the number of unsuccessful attempts they’ve made. It is an utterly futile exercise particularly now that they’ve lost their supply lines to the north. No one knows how many men they must have lost trying.
And the manpower shortage now has them recruiting prisoners to fight increasingly well trained Ukrainian opponents. When people raised eyebrows at this Wagner’s Prigozhin, Putin’s “chef” and now chef de combat it would seem, pointed out to Russia’s middle class; it’s either that out sending your own children. Touché. It wouldn’t just be the Buryats, the Bashkirs, Chechens and Chuvash. But middle Russia.
Meanwhile Russia assaults Ukraine’s infrastructure with missile attacks.
It sums up their war really. As they continue to retreat militarily these attacks will probably intensify. It’s thought they tried to use one of their new hypersonic missiles to attack Kriviy Rih. It nosedived.
Ironically therefore what Ukraine mostly needs now is the best air defence to stop this
