As that link says, it's likely to mean more conservative domestic policies until inevitably they all fll out with each other and Italy has yet another election.
Berlusconi (or Putinscroni as he might be better called) may need watching tho.

I know Italy uses PR Tora. But they also have a pretty chaotic party system as we all know.

Belgium survived perfectly well without an elected government for 589 days in 2010/11. That's considerably longer than the average life expectancy of an elected government in Italy, which is only around 13 months.
