I did not think it possible for the UK to have a worse Prime Minister than Boris Johnson; and I think that should Labour win the next general election, they will be just as incompetent as the current Tory government.
Liz Truss appears to be proving me wrong on both of the above counts.
Labour won't win the next election and neither will the Tories. It'll be a hung parliament. Labour will win back most, if not all, of the red wall seats, but they need Scotland, and that aint gonna happen any time soon. I know, I keep saying it, but that's the reality.
TORATORATORA, the right decision has been made but it hardly puts the PM and Chancellor in a good light, especially when they are both passing the buck.
Two terrible Governments with poor leadership. Economic collapse and strikes. The country were fed up with them and voted against them at the General Election in 1979. And Labour didn’t win again for 18 years.
Worrying times for Conservatives.
none of the parties seem to connect the dots, perhps we need a new party with connected thinking planning etc, labour have to many fringe radical elements and islington elites, example when the conservatives want to change a law on deportation it gets vetoed by labour, it's like they may agree but so no anyway to rub up the tories
echr needs ditching and other treaties rewritten for the 21 century.
Party MPs think they foisted someone on them who's going to lose them all their jobs and lose the government its grip on power.
It was MPs rather than party members who chased Boris away and they could maybe do the same to Truss. But it will make the party as a whole look a shambles.
