Nice dig at the end though from Sturgeon!
/She added: "I don't know whether that is arrogance, lack of respect or insecurity or whatever it is. It's not the right way to do government in a grown up way.
"So I hope we will see a change. I'll do my best to work with Liz Truss as constructively as possible or whoever comes after because we can't take anything for granted in UK politics these days."/
I reckon she’s fight, it’s insecurity.

As above, common courtesy would suggest Ms Sturgeon calls Ms Truss to congratulate her on her appointment. Nothing has happened to Ms Sturgeon that Ms Truss needs to talk to her about.
//New judge did you see the post about bio mass//
No, webbo. I've been rather busy this week with visitors (who left this morning) and didn't get to see the Panorama exposé. I'll take a look.

I would imagine she did congratulate in the opening line of her letter?
From the link:
Ms Sturgeon continued: "I wrote to her the day she became prime minister.

Good for her. But if Ms Truss has nothing to say, there's little point in either phoning or writing to say it. I doubt she rang the Mayor of London either and he represents a population more than one and a half times that of Scotland and almost as large as the three devolved nations put together. What's so special about Ms Sturgeon that she should warrant a phone call?

Her view of,"as constructively as possible", may not accord with another's view of it. Besides, what possible need has there been to be in touch with the Scottish Assembly ? I'd have thought the sensible option was to let them get on with whatever they're doing, and keep one's nose out. If Nichola is feeling snubbed that is possibly because she thinks she's more important than is justified. Perhaps she'd like to arrange another trip to the EU to discuss Scottish membership as soon as she achieves independence.

//Is there really any need to refer to the Scots as ‘savages’?//
/Yes. Davebro refers to many groups of people as "damn savages" and if he left out the Scots he'd be accused of discrimination. It's a light-hearted, jokey term./
Ah, so like the government we have to excuse bad manners and idiocy? Okey dokey.
