It is a giant waste of money. There are more important things that she can spend money on.
Yes she could spend it on sorting the disaster the snp made of the ferries, Prestwick airport, 2 hospital screwups leading to deaths, worst drug addiction record in Europe, completely bonkers gender assignment policy, the Alex salmons affair, etc etc etc. perhaps not though, as independence is far more important.
2 things
after independence who can the snp blame for all the screw ups if they can longer blame the bad tories?
After independence where will Scotland go with the begging bowl? Not the RUK , not the EU.

The SNP are very fond of constantly spouting “what Scotland want is……” ignoring the over 50% who do not want it. It is shocking that their disastrous agenda is supported by a blatantly biased media, press particularly the press, but now also the tv media, and the disgusting, ranting, spitting antics of the SNP rent a mob. And Yes I have seen them in action, more than once.

Independence will be a disaster, not just for Scotland but also for the UK. We can only hope the deluded saltire waving snp voters start to see sense. In my opinion it will come to be seen as a great act of betrayal that might never be forgiven. Hope that makes mt views clear?

great answer blackstoun, BA
I forgot to add , no there should not be another referendum whether it be foe another referendum or for a neverendum on independence. I would like to see the Supreme Court (in all their rather odd wisdom) say that ant future referendum in tearing the union apart shoul include votes from the rest of the union
Just to answer the OP, you understand. Signing off now, before the saltie waves pile on, so I can ignore them , after all they always claim they are ignored by Westminster so they should be used to it, n’es pa

Perhaps the Englosh can have a referendum on whether we give a damn what the Jocks do. I'm getting bored of the whole thing. Just make up your minds and leave it at that.
1,029 people polled by a London-based Company - PMSL.
Did anyone read the date on the newspaper report?

Perseverer: "Did anyone read the date on the newspaper report? "
- Yes, the article was last revised on 30th June, clearly the use of the phrase.....
"On Tuesday, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon announced plans for a second vote on Scotland's future which she hopes will take place on October 19, 2023."....at the start indicates that the web site thought the content was relevant to what NS was saying.
FatticusInch, ToraToraTora is an extremely long-standing AnswerBank member. Please do not accuse them of having multiple identities.
TTT, the poll was conducted before the end of June. Whatever faith you have in opinion polls, you would hardly trust one from more than three months ago. Given the recent debacles in Westminster, an up-to-date poll might give a very different result.
(Incidentally, I am a Scot and not in favour of independence.)
Canary, poll samples are typically around the 1000 mark.
I would let them have their Indyref2. They won't vote for independence and the matter can be settled "for a generation" (again!).
SpareEd, could you please extend that to all the other members who are, on a regular basis, similarly accused by the same poster.
Will TTT take exception to the (woke) use of them?
ABSpareEd

Tora has had more identities on AB than there have been Doctor Whos. It is no wonder some believe he posts under different names. An incomplete list…

R1 Geezer
Rov1100
CanisMajor
BrainsTracy
Kayles
d9f1c7
MoonRocker
Thatcherite
KerrAvon
RedGrant
ZedBloke
PetitAnglais
DangerUXD

JackKnife
Egara_Flegin

The truth is you do not know if he has more than one identity.

While I am here, on Saturday I had a post deleted and was accused of homophobia. I expected an explanation from one of your VAR moderators, but nothing happened. So that has proved a damp squib.
What I want to know is, how do you know all that?
Gromit, hard to believe someone trails another poster to that extent.

However, on to your complaint about your removed post. Did you do as I suggested and report it to the Eds? If you didn't you can hardly expect an explanation to materialise out of the blue. Neither the Eds nor the mods who haven't seen your complaint are psychic.

Perseverer: "Incidentally, I am a Scot and not in favour of independence." - so is NS, she wants to immediately join the EUSSR. She just wants to divorce from England, this is nothing to do with actual "independence".
