Scaling Back The Energy Support

BBC have just reported (via headlines so no link) that the Government may scale back the energy support scheme.
Not everyone has yet to start receiving this support so do we think this is a good idea or should they continue with it as the Prime Minister promised it to all?

I don't think any support should be given after April other than the usual government support to those who need it. People have come to expect too much now.

Just received an email from British Gas to inform me that £66 will be deducted from my account this month. Don't have to do anything
