ah : //nor am I remotely interested in following your intention to derail the thread...//

Derailing this thread is all you have done throughout & yet it seems to now concern you, what a confused person you are.
Khandro - // Derailing this thread is all you have done throughout & yet it seems to now concern you, what a confused person you are. //

The concept of 'derailing' is a moveable feast, and the application of the description can come from a number of directions - one being an inaccurate analysis of the facts, based purely on personal dislike - and that appears to be the direction you are coming from with your comments.

It's interesting to note that, in your eagerness to engage me in hostilities yet again, you completely ignore a very much 'on thread' observation, in order to make a 'derailing' off-thread dig, spoiling for a pointless off-thread fight - again.

I am not confused in the slightest, thank you.
Has anyone seen a lost plot around here?
*shrugs* I know I've lost mine Naomi - the plot that is *shrugs*

"I’m still hoping to hear from the remainders who think the EU is squeaky clean."
I think you're just trying to stir up a squabble for your own amusement. I voted remain and I don't think the EU is squeaky clean. I don't think any state or organisation is squeaky clean.
You shouldn't try to brand remain voters as idiots or truth deniers; I thought you were above that sort of thing. :-)
Sorry, atheist. Your imagination is your own. I can’t help you with that.
Speaking of remain voters, has anyone pointed out the amusing difference in the rules imposed by the Tory govt on how to run the Nurses strike ballot and how to run the Brexit referendum.
Nurses:- There must be a 50% turnout, and then 40 of those percentage points must be in favour of strike.
Referendum:- It doesn't matter how many turn out, and it doesn't matter what the majority is. A single vote out of a very low turnout would have decided the fate of the nation - that didn't quite happen, but not far off. Even Farage thought it was ridiculous during the scary time when he thought remain was going to win.

Atheist; //I think you're just trying to stir up a squabble for your own amusement. //

What I think naomi is asking, is where are those who have been most certainly 'trying to stir up a squabble' on AB for months telling us how marvellous the EU is, so much so that they want to re-join.

I have just checked & one alone, whose name begins with H, has started so many threads I gave up counting, but is curiously absent from this one which is condemning the thing he is so enamoured with.
Strange that!
Khandro, thanks for trying to explain what Naomi meant in her post. She's got a lot of balls in the air and I'm sure appreciates having an helping hand.
And you’re right, khandro. That’s exactly what I’m asking.
For once you’re right too, atheist. Balls abound on this thread… but they’re not mine.
Naomi, in other words you are complaining because certain people aren't here to disagree with you? I'm sure some will come along at some time, and you can all have fun together.
Anyway, I've got a bug and so will be retiring soon. Have a good evening.
Naomi, I didn't say the the balls are yours, I just said you've got a lot of them in the air - much to their discomfort, no doubt.
Oh I’m not complaining, atheist … merely observing.

I wish you a speedy recovery.
