The water in this thing weighed about 1,100 tons (that's without the tank itself, which must have been substantial). It was 46 feet high and (by my rough calculations) about 35 feet in diameter. What on Earth was it doing in the middle of a restaurant. The Radisson Hotel at Stansted Airport has a "Wine Tower" in its main bar:

It is a similar height to the exploding fish tank in the Radisson, Berlin. They obviously go in for these things.
