At the top of their head presumably.

As mentioned many times, any change results in a period of transition. Poor reactions from groups and nations determined to try to control us and be awkward generally out of say vengence for their loss of control over us, or general malice from high fliers trying to be more influential, will make that period longer. Pointing exclusively & continually to such economic prioritised markers as if it made any point, just gets boring. Plus, who is anyone to say that anything can be (unfairly/unreasonably) blamed on Brexit still given the recent global issues ? This sort of nonsense finger pointing is well past it's sell by date. If the cheesemakers don't feel blessed then they have only their lack of forward planning and management skills to blame.
Perfectly understandabe that Brexiteers don't want to be reminded of their mistake, OG, but denying facts serves no purpose.

Like that lying bus.

You’re a very naughty boy.
> denying facts serves no purpose

Oh yes it does!
Who said the rewards would be instantaneous ? Who thought there would be a war in Europe ? Who thought there was at the same time going to be a world pandemic ? Which country has escaped the consequences of these phenomena ?

Come back in a couple of years & we shall perhaps be able to re-assess the situation in a better light.
A low energy light, of course.
We have them throughout the house & they give excellent illumination
Question Author
I suppose they would in comparison to complete darkness? As for the rewards not being instantaneous, any indication as to when they’ll start? Or has it got to get even worse before it gets better?
Asking for a nation.
Does it matter now... we'er out and in 10 years time we'll have a better picture of what a mistake it was and may learn for the future as we often do from History.....but however much some enjoy patting themselfs on the back and saying ' we were right you were conned, hahaha ' theres nothing we can do about it other than try to rebuild closer ties with EU or looking harder for new allies/tradeing partners. Theres zero chance of going back... no major party campaigns for it, it would take years and we'd get aworser deal , EU may not even be interested.

Incidentally snackrite while your on and perhaps composing another response about me stalking y, I stumbled on a very old andyhughes posts from about 15 years ago where he said he was the second most cleverest man on the site behind someone called Incatus " No, seriously, I think Incitatus leaves my knowledge standing, but he's been absent for a while, so I'm doing my best until he returns. " Got me wondering if Incatus was you as the name is so close to fatticusinch and I think you are quite clever sometime's
^my bad, Incitatus not Incatus
PMSL
Could you post a link to 'the second most cleverest on the site' please, bobbinwales.

Asking for an overflowing bladder.
''I'm Smarterest''
Bless. :-)

Incitatus? Never heard of him. In 20 years I’ve had 5 different user names on this site, each one only ever used at any one time by me or my partner(unlike some who have multiple usernames and use them regularly to back opinions, give best answer to etc).
But I’m flattered that a primary school speller equivalent has such a fascination for me.
ABers have done similar over the years(changed user names).
What’s the express purpose of stalking me?
Shall I deactivate this account and come back as someone else within minutes? It’s easily done, just let me know and I’ll acquiesce.
That would be fun yes.
Stalking? You followed me onto a crossword thread yesterday and then said I was stalking you. Maybe you got the biggest ego on the site
Question Author
Yes, stalking. Perpetually making reference to my previous usernames, you have an unhealthy fascination.
But as you wish.
What’s the point of deactivating an account and coming back with another username when within no time at all we all know who you are anyway? You’ve got to be smart to do that to any effect.
