i like channel 4 news though i don't watch every day...
i would propose that if your news channel of choice is covering it and it really boils your pee then you pay attention to something else for a few minutes or perhaps make a cuppa
honestly i take no interest at all in any royal stuff (i'll pay attention if we roll out the guillotines maybe) and it really is not hard to avoid if you truly aren't interested...

I'm sure most people are so tired of all Harry's whinging. I certainly am, as are the few people I know who are bothered enough to say.
This latest whinge is utterly pathetic. They are brothers - every set of brothers I have ever known have fought physically and my very dear sister and I had a few set-tos! Anyway, William came back a minute later and apologised - so that should have been it. A manly handshake and never mention it again. Harry really is the most pathetic object and hasn't the brains or good sense (breeding?) to realise it.
As someone has probably mentioned - Harry was an army officer and therefore trained in combat (as was William). He was only knocked over for goodness sake. Words fail me.
