San Franciso's one of those places where, when you get to the pedestrian crossing, you are praying that it will be displaying the Walk symbol because otherwise the nutter on the corner is going to harangue you (and there is one on every corner). Or there will be a man standing by the doorway that you want to go through and he's got his genitals hanging out. The place is flooded with homeless that migrate there from other parts of the country and most of them are druggies or mentally ill. I`m not condoning what the man did at all but I feel sorry for the locals when they see what has happened to their city.
