"Fed up with the ejection of two directly elected leaders in a row"

Are these people on the planet Zog?

Rishi Sunak, like BJ, was the choice of the elected parliamentary party, and BJ was removed by the same.
Liz Truss was the choice of the unelected members of the Tory party, and we all know what happened to that.
For better or worse, Johnson no longer has the support of the elected parliamentary party, and never will do. All this is doing is keeping up the image of a party fighting like rats in a sinking bag.
The Conservateis Grassroots voted overwhelmingly against Sunak only to have their choice rather undemocratically removed after 46 days on the flimsy excuse that she was utterly useless.
So they are bound to feel a bit aggrieved. Their voting record is very poor, and it is about time their wings were clipped to stop them inflicting more damage on the country due to their bad chices.
Bring Back Boris? He's back.....well in my avatar at least!

If Boris is to be believed (yes I know it is a big ‘if’) then he had over 100 nominations and could have contested for the leadership with Sunak.
Johnson chose not to. So that should be the end of it.

Boris didn't say that. Sir Graham Brady, the chair of the Conservative party’s 1922 Committee, said it.

He didn’t stand. Why can’t people like naomi accept that?
