Does he say that ???... don't read like that to me but if you can point but where its said then i'll think about it some more as it wouldnt be fair if slots are auctioned to highest bidder. on the other hand why shouldnt miliionares pay a bit to help out.
Is oxymoron the right word to describe the phrase, 'Compassionate Conservatism'?

Our very own Wes Streeting seems to have some radicle ideas aswell canary. Things cant go on as they are.... more money going in than ever before but its not working well enough, its broke
If there was a small charge to see the doctor it might stop the time wasters and hypochondriacs clogging up the system. Can't see anything wrong with the idea in principle as long as it applies to everyone including those on perpetual benefits.
I doubt very much you'll find the 'rich' at your local GP surgery. If you think you will, you have a strange notion of what 'rich' is.
Canary - can I suggest that if you provide a link to a story, you take the trouble to read the story first, that way, such as is in this instance, it may help you not to post false cak.
