The Kremlin has accused Boris of "Lying" when he said Putin had threatened him with a missile strike during a phone call in the run up to the invasion of Ukraine Boris said Putin threatened him and said .
"Boris I don't want to hurt you but, with a missile it would only take a minute".....or it sounded something like that , said Boris ........
...I Think Boris is telling Porkies again......

Yes of course they are but only people with security clearance will be able to read them. Guess that rules out most of you and even if you have high clearance to read "Top Secret" like I do they still wont be 'readily' available - like most sensitive documents.
