I'm not so sure.

It's nonsense for him to suggest that the UK could not have, for example, have sent Nlaws to Ukraine because of the "fabled Normandy format"
What Johnson is great at is inspirational leadership and out of the box thinking, and he's rightly highly admired in Ukraine.
But stuff like that is just Brexit baggage around his neck.
