I am sure the government would sort a recruitment process, in order to find someone who can actually do the job, as opposed to the millions who dream, incorrectly, that they can.
Taking a human life in cold blood is not difficult.
Living with it after, probably is.
Fortunately, we are a civilised society, so the question is not likely to arise.
Government-funded revenge is something we don't do anymore.

I agree there must be certainty about the guilt, I am arguing for the death penalty when there is certainty . and from what I see and read doubt always seems to bring an appeals fest and lawyers pay day. I don’t see what is degenerate about paying with your life if you take one (Beyond reasonable doubt that is)
