Credit where credit is due, Sir Kier has rid the party of its antisemites (at least as much as possible) and has told COB he cant stand as a labour MP.

But, will this unleash the wroth of Momentum and other far left factions against him?

No fear Kier replaces Crumble Corbyn
If you're a member of the Labour Party date you criticise Israel now?
^ dare rather than date^
what is COB in reference to?
In answer to your question. Yes, very probably. Unthinking louts.
Untitled, Jeremy Corbyn.
16.44 Untitled .. always thought COB stood for "Conservative Old Boys" similar to BCC which of course stands for Boris's Crony Club.
Well now you know you were mistaken, Gulliver.
It's been a great day for politics so far.
Why does COB refer to Jeremy Corbyn?
What's COB stand for?
re the topic i don't see how this helps anyone other than the tories... corbyn's constituency association is happy with him as their candidate and it is they who get to choose... corbyn's faction in the party has been all but obliterated by the leaders so it looks to me like starmer is flogging a dead horse because he thinks it will impress wavering tory voters

he is wrong in my opinion
// will this unleash the wroth [sic] of Momentum and other far left factions against him //

Er, they have been against him for 4 years, ever since he became leader, and Corbyn fell on his sword.
It sounds as though "COB" is a right-wing nickname aimed at insulting a left-wing (Labour) politician. What a cowardly way to post here - no evidence, just a smear tactic.
@19.32.Are you for real,Atheist?Every politician in the UK gets dissed on this site.Have you never read any of Gullivers postings, have you never read any of my postings against nationalists?Have you got some sort of short-term memory loss?
the czech authorities seem to all think the story about corbyn being an asset was made up for dishonest purposes

Well here we see why News is dying.

Virtually no one commented on the core question but rather on me mentioning the fact the Cech Secret Police held a file on him where they referred to him as COB.

Fair enough to comment on the COB comment, but have the decency to answer the underlying question, thanks to those who do.
it's not a fact though is it
I don’t believe for a moment he's rid the party of anti-Semites. People don't change their politics or their allegiances just because the boss tells them to. There's a method in the madness. With the next election in mind and in an effort to boost Labour's popularity, more likely this is a PR exercise and he's told them to keep schtum. For the same reason Momentum will probably also concede - until the election is over.
