For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I think that stuff that seems to take sides in a delicate situation or have dark connotations would be better not placed in a location like a hospital, where people tend to be in a vulnerable and fragile state. It's a simple matter of being sensitive. I've seen artwork in childrens' wards and they are usually considered as being beneficial for the kids - they tend to depict flowers or perhaps landscapes which are chosen for the psychological benefits of such themes.
