...until an agreement is reached on his social media use, the BBC has said.
Bet he is feeling less cocky now. No doubt he still gets paid. Time will tell if his principles or ego win the day.

BBC NEWS is supposed to be impartial, not every sub-emplyee throughout the whole organisation.
Otherwise great presenters like Michael Portillo would not get work with them.
Utterly ridiculous that people are trying to censor GL for what he thinks in his private life when not broadcasting.

The truth hurts sometimes.
Like the 1930s when everyone condemned Germany, so the the rest of the world will think poorly on the UK.
And It won’t happen. They know it is dubious, and the courts will kill it. Then as usual they can blame someone else for inaction. TTT and Naomi will have a field day when it is killed.

I think any comparison anyone makes with 1930s Germany is bound to attract not just criticism but disgust. Understandably that really is taboo. Had he not done that I doubt anyone would have turned a hair,”
I agree: so it’s nothing to do with impartiality at all: in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if the raw nerve he touched reflected a smidgeon of guilt.
Hence Braverman eventually thinking to mention that her husband was Jewish?
Who knows
