Not a shock really, but you do have to wonder if its all to do with showing us all, how, at last they are doing their job.

As nicebloke says, it is good to see that appropriate monitoring, and action, are in place for this monstrous individual.
Unsure why he's put back or what conditions he broke. The article seems to be about others protesting about him being there.

Paul Gadd (Gary Glitter) is a high profile guy, and as such he is noticed.
It's the ones that blend in to the community that are the most dangerous.
Prison is the best place for him. Disgusting old man.
He is where he is because of what he is. It’s the nature of the beast.
Good prison is the only place for that nonce otherwise kids are in danger.

The 'Dark web' wont be quite as anonymous as he thinks, especially going through the halfway house router.
