It is impossible to know one way or another. Yes Johnson has been somewhat economical with the truth over many things in his life but show me a politician (OK old stalwarts like Frank Field dont count) who isnt.

Unless you can read his mind or you have a 100% lie detector (doesnt exist) then you dont know.

not true, they give me an example of something that is not a lie. eg an uncompleted intention. A hope that didn't happen, a belief that turns out to be incorrect. etc never an actual porky.

I presume you attended your daily press announcements, which were televised and also read of people being prosecuted for meeting with sick and dying relatives or sitting at either end of a park bench. You must also have been aware of people who were unable to attend funerals and say goodbye to loved ones.
