This was first suggested in February when Zelensky came to London. So I’d hope that by now they have already gone the length of preparing the launchers: either adapted native aircraft, western aircraft, or even some form of ground launch capability. The first option is probably the most likely.
These things can penetrate underground bunkers and are effectively 1000kg bombs.
There appears to be some doubt about the range of the ones sent to Ukraine: or how susceptible they are to air defence.
But the whole of Crimea, the Kerch bridge, the Black Sea fleet, not to mention airfields in W Russia and Belarus, are now within range.
