I'm not sure that cancellation is allowed - but maybe if Boris is convicted of something serious, there may be a move to cancel his List.
For decades, the Honours List has reduced its level of appropriate recipients, in favour of rewards for past or indeed future favours, and simply cronyism.
Its currency is beyond low these days, most people despise it, and the undeserving recipients who benefit from it.

Stanley Johnson - Serial Wife Beater
In the thread below started by gulliver1, I pointed out that Boris’s father had been accused of sexual harassment, sexual assault and domestic violence (breaking his wife’s nose).
In catching up on my Private Eye issues – it appears that I did not do Stanley Johnson justice.
You may recall that Fiona Bruce got into hot water for suggesting that it was a one off incident (Stanley breaking his wife’s nose).
In the Private Eye article, it is point out that Stanley’s former wife said he ‘was always hitting me, and Boris saw it....He hit me and he hit me....He was always shouting, angry, and then he hit me....He hit me many times, over many years.’
As well as the broken nose that put her in hospital, she suffered a nervous breakdown which required months of residential treatment in a psychiatric ward.
If TTT reads the above, he might be moved to sign the on-line petition to stop this odious man from having a seat in the House of Lords.
