Retro, it was Gyles Brandreth who said the Queen had bone cancer, but nobody else agreed with that and it wasn't on her death certificate.
Most of us know what the Sussexes did at the time it happened.
Not sure why it's being resurrected now.

Because I was unaware of the reason for her death and the suffering she endured. I happen to believe Brandreth's account. As for the death certificate stating old age as cause? They can and do write almost what they are told to write. Of course she was of an age but how many people were certified cause of death was Covid but it was known the victims died of other causes.?

coroners do not encourage this as a cause of death.

He has lost loads of weight and the 'Royal Experts' are saying he doesn't have a serious illness but is suffering badly from the loss of his Mother.

Take your pick. If you present with a lot of mets, you may not bother to 'hunt the primary' as it does not affect survival
