Farage And Boris ?
Answers
Farage has had the most influence on Brexit since without his efforts it is unlikely to have got far, given that the establishmen t never wanted it.

Deadendsville that.
If Johnson wants to return to power, which he’d have to do and some think he wants, he’d need to stay in a party which has a chance of forming a government.
If he walked into Farage’s world it would be that of the dog with the bone.
Whereas Farage isn’t interested in power, plainly.
So I can’t see that happening

What makes you think he would want to be in government? Being on the sideline - (& earning loadsamoney), he could have enormous influence.
Farage himself was the most influential force in British politics over the last decade & wasn't ever even a member of parliament.

Influence on what?
If you aren’t in power you can’t do diddly.
What do you think Johnson would be trying to do? “Preserving the legacy of Brexit?” Many of us believe he used Brexit as a lever to power and it certainly worked. Farage is different: for him it’s Brexit first and nothing else matters.
I don’t know but I can’t see any mileage in a coalition: it wouldn’t be one of like minds. Johnson is a man of many talents: he should reinvent himself and do something useful. In many ways his bitterness is sad to see.

Farage was a high profile figure but his influence was very limited.
Brexit occurred because the Brexit campaign cleverly managed to sideline him and Arron Banks: that was one of Cummings’s great achievements.
When Johnson on the other hand talks of the legacy of Brexit I’m sure he means “the legacy of Johnson” ;-)

Might be worthwhile those in existing main political parties pondering the fact that nothing can be taken for granted. The Labour party only got off the ground in the 1920s, while the Liberal party lost any further chance of being in government. I doubt the Liberals saw that coming, say, a decade earlier. Not that I was around in the 1910s. At present the Tories are choosing to split onto 2 rival fractions. Will they pull through as a single unit again, or has fate something else awaiting them ?
But it clearly is not enough. You get discussion on putting the UK in step with the EU thus turning Brexit into BRINO. Reneging on updating laws from the EU membership period. No attempt to trigger article 16 to get the NI issues sorted. Just because we (mostly) are out of the EU, no longer officially a member, it is very very far from over & done. Many (all ?) politicians are not to be trusted. Especially when they add to EU issues with 15 minutes regions you will be pushed into keeping to, and allowing the EU to control some of our military, and considering allowing the WHO to dictate to our nation, and bending over backwards to appease the WEF. Politicians like those mentioned above are clearly needed more than ever to have any hope of retaining our valued western freedoms.
Yes although he doesn’t get many marks out of ten for consolidation.
Johnson did a con trick to achieve Brexit and to be fair I think a) it may have been the only way in the circumstances to do it.
And b) Tory MPs realised this when they made him leader.
In other words he was the dodgy man for a dodgy moment.
He might well have been the man for other moments as well but we’ll never know. Best we don’t probably.
And now here is Farage saying “Come into my parlour”
Johnson will run a mile from that
