First of the panellist to be interviewed was John Redwood, who stated that Brexit had nothing to do with the current economic woes of the UK. The chair (Fiona Bruce) allowed him to get away with making this statement unchallenged.

Why did she not point out that this was contrary to reports by the Office for National Statistics, the Bank of England, the Office for Budget Responsibility, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the Financial Times (and others) – and then quote the reported economic losses to the UK (as a direct result of Brexit)?

Clearly the BBC is being biased, allowing these Brexit supporting idiots a platform on national television, to continue spouting Brexit lies.

Here is another review of the QT programme.

If anyone wants justification as to why we should not have referenda on important decisions affecting the country – many of those in the QT audience provide this.

I would be more than happy to tell all 17.4 million who voted for Brexit to their face that they are stupid (to have voted leave) and explain why.
But at the end of the day ( hate that saying) they won the vote Hymie, you really need to accept this after 7 years today
Happy Brexit Birthday
Well, it makes a change. It is usually a raucous all pro-EU audience.

Many of those who voted leave now realise the mistake they made – time to correct that mistake, rather than continue down the Brexit road.
In the words of professor Brian Cox:
‘ Brexit is now, in a majority of voters minds, linked with high interest rates, trade friction, travel friction and general incompetence. The reality may be more complex, but that doesn’t matter - it’s about perception, and the perception is that Brexit is not only a failure but a liability. And there is more pain to come. This is why in my view, coupled with demographic change, it is inevitable that we will soon begin the process of rejoining the single market and customs union no matter what Labour or the Conservatives say at the next election. This irresistible pressure will probably split the Conservative Party, which is ironic because Cameron’s only strategic aim in calling the referendum in the first place was to placate fringe elements of the Party’

And of course in a little while the school holidays will start with the inevitable long queues at Dover – some in those queues will believe the nonsense Brexit line that this is France deliberately punishing the UK for leaving; but most will appreciate that we voted to be a third country and as such EU countries are obliged to carry out these passport checks on UK passport holders.
21:21, is that you Hymie?
//It would appear that a large number of people agree that those who voted leave are indeed stupid.//

So you can't think for yourself but just churn out what similar deluded people say on very spurious video sources!
To declare that over half the electorate are stupid, indicates stupidity itself.

Interestingly, no one who responded to this thread made a comment re a person appearing on national television and telling a blatant lie (ignoring the fact that the presenter never challenged the lie) – but it appears that most ABers approve of this behaviour, especially if the lie supports their beliefs.
sorry what was the "lie" hymie?
^^^ what a pile of crap you spout so early on this lovely Saturday morning
Tora you crept in there, my post was to Hymie
No doubt we could also find some "planks" in the remain group too zacs.
Go on then…..
Remoaners demonstrate how stupid they are by declaring that over half the electorate must be stupid for not agreeing with them.
