Government control or individual choice??
The local government seems to be leaning towards the former, the Welsh food industry objecting and saying 'leave it to us to educate choice'.
Now how do you think the balance should be, if there should be balance in this at all?
Please - no 'eat daffies' as they are poisonous.

Ellipsis...I purchased that book a few weeks ago...luckily it was a daily deal, so cheap.
I'll read it after I finish the one I'm currently reading about food and class in the UK.
As for government intervention, I don't think it works. Hackles go up and resistance is strong. Instead there needs to be more education about nutrition and how various foods affect our bodies. Give people...from the time they are young...and let them make their own decisions. I'm also of the belief that the diet that works for you may not work for your neighbour. When I say diet, I don't mean weight loss, but rather the foods that give an individual their best health.
