Biden is not a very good leader and is gaga.

The Mitting report shows that you were not very well led in bygone years 1968 year of the Vietnam demonstration, and not much better led in the recent past - Jean Charles menenez and 'one bad apple' ( cressida Dick)

and the rank bad leadership was not due to gaga-ness ( senile dementia, bit technical) but sort of they just werent very good

Harry Truman was looked on as 'hopelessly incompetent' but 1945-1950 wasnt a bad time

Reagan slept a lot too. It didn't matter: the president is more than a figurehead, but the people he appoints to run the various departments are the ones to watch, and they seem competent enough.
