They do not want to leave, they just want a better cut of the money.
They make the same mistake as the EU re-joiners - they assume Norway would want them. They might not.
I have relations living in Orkney and Orcadians have thought themselves more part of Norway than Scotland for some years.
Do they do speak Norwegian there as a first language ?

When you hear them speak they do sound more Norwegian than British.
